Challenge
Growing companies often run the same work across five or six tools: a CRM for sales, a spreadsheet for inventory, a payroll product, a finance pack, and a chat thread for exceptions. Data does not match. Nobody sees the full picture. Buying a full ERP can be too heavy; stitching more apps together makes the mess worse.
Concept
AlkoOne is Alko Creatives' concept for a connected business platform. It is not a claim that a named client runs this product today. It shows how we would bring CRM, finance, HR, inventory, procurement, analytics, and light automation into one experience a team can actually use.
Experience
The experience is a single workspace: a dashboard for the day, modules for customers, people, stock, and money, and a search that can find a record instead of a filename. Roles stay clear. A finance user does not have to live in HR. An operator can complete a task without opening three browsers.
Technology
The concept assumes a web application with a shared data model, APIs between modules, role-based access, and optional AI for summaries, search, and routine workflow steps. It can sit next to an existing ledger or inventory system instead of pretending to replace every package on day one.
Features
- CRM and customer history in the same place as orders
- Finance views for invoices, cash, and close
- HR records and basic people workflows
- Inventory and procurement with stock visibility
- Analytics across the modules that already share data
- Automation for repetitive handoffs, with a person in the loop
Architecture
A modular core: identity and permissions, a shared record layer, then domain modules (CRM, finance, HR, inventory). Integrations are first-class. AI sits on top of approved data — it does not become a second source of truth.
Outcome / Expected Value
Expected value is one operating picture, fewer duplicate records, faster handoffs, and a path to automation that does not start with a twelve-month ERP programme. This page is a capability demonstration. When a real deployment exists, it will be published as a case study with permission.
